I’ve spent my career building software across startups, SaaS products, marketplace systems, and healthcare technology.
My work has moved through a few different altitudes: hands-on engineering, architecture, engineering management, and executive leadership. I still care deeply about the shape of the software itself, but I’ve become just as interested in the systems around it: how teams make decisions, how priorities get clarified, how quality is maintained, and how organizations keep moving without creating unnecessary process.
I’m usually drawn to the messy middle of engineering work. The place where product goals, technical constraints, people, timing, and tradeoffs all meet. I like helping teams build momentum, make calmer decisions, improve the way they work, and leave systems a little easier to understand than they found them.
